* Take over the management of daily operations, actively pitch in, and lead briefings

* Support our Hotel Manager in recruiting the best talents and thus build a strong team
* Take care of monthly closings, inventories, invoice control, payroll preparations, and regular orders for F&B as well as SOE
* Ensure that everything is in order and monitor legal regulations such as compliance with HACCP, occupational safety, fire protection
* Make sure our guests feel completely comfortable and want to come back by receiving, analyzing, responding to guest feedback, concerns, or complaints, and finding creative and charming solutions
We have been waiting for you because you:
* Have completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy and/or a hotel/business administration degree
* Bring experience in an operational leadership role or a comparable position in lifestyle hospitality/gastronomy
* Have very good POS, PMS, and business management knowledge
* Are a motivating and charismatic leader and with your authentic and loyal nature both a team lead and a team player
* Have a warm and heartfelt charisma and your communication skills make you shine in every interaction
* Possess a hands-on mentality and can charmingly respond to guest needs
* Speak fluent German and English
