Energy Data Manager (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Timely meter reading of conventional and smart meter devices
- Detection of missing measurement data and initiation of necessary measures
- Ensuring the data quality of measurement data
- Detecting missing measurement data and initiating measures
- Master data maintenance and interface monitoring
- Preparation of billing data and runs including plausibility checks of measurement data
- Support of the customer portal as well as answering customer inquiries about invoices or measurement and billing data
- Creation of reports and individual customer evaluations
- Support in the further development and automation of processes
Your Qualities
- You have completed training (EFZ) in the commercial field, preferably in the energy or insurance industry
- You already have professional experience in a comparable activity
- You have a flair for numbers and enjoy financial and quantity-related contexts
- You are willing to acquire knowledge in the field of energy data management
- If you are already familiar with processing and evaluating large amounts of data, this is an advantage
- In addition to your very good MS Office skills, you have already worked with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft AX Dynamics) and
- energy data management systems (such as Kisters)
- Your independent, structured, and proactive working style rounds off your profile
