Senior HVAC Project Manager (M/F)
To join our construction team in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a 100% senior HVAC project manager with good knowledge of the local economic fabric.
Your tasks
- Planning, coordination, and supervision of projects from A to Z
- Resource management and team leadership
- Budget planning, control, and cost management
- Risk analysis and management
- Communication with stakeholders and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines
- Project documentation and closure
- Client relationship management
Your profile
- More than 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of French; proficiency in another language is an asset
- Mastery of HVAC aerodynamic and hydraulic sizing
- Knowledge of steam networks, compressed air, and dust extraction systems
- Knowledge of sanitary networks
- Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
