Requirements
Training as a freight forwarding clerk
Professional experience in operational daily business (regardless of the mode of transport sea freight/land transport/air freight/etc.).
first points of contact with the IT sector, for example as a super-user (or you have the necessary IT affinity through private interest in the topic)
winning, upbeat and communicative personality who values daily contact with customers/team colleagues precise and independent work

Microsoft 365 - good user knowledge
Experience in common freight forwarding programs
