Your tasks
- You independently process customer inquiries/complaints from the fields of optometry and hearing acoustics and independently develop individual solutions for our customers
 - You support our specialist stores with inquiries as well as the processing of the KIND success guarantee and in resolving complaints
 - You independently decide on goodwill arrangements within the framework of customer satisfaction and advise our specialist store staff
 - You act as a link between customers, specialist stores, and internal departments, maintain close contact with colleagues from headquarters, and ensure goal-oriented communication
 - You are also responsible for the structured, detailed documentation in our CRM system
 
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your commercial training or a comparable qualification
 - You demonstrate decisiveness and analytical skills to efficiently and easily resolve customer concerns
 - Your working method is structured, independent, and always quality-oriented
 - Reliability, teamwork, as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation are a matter of course for you
 - You convince with your strong communication skills and feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment
 - You have secure German language skills as well as solid experience with MS Office and CRM systems
