Your Tasks
- You support the ward management in leading and organizing the ward
- Together with the ward management, you are responsible for personnel planning and development
- Ensuring nursing and process quality with the associated measures
- Cooperative collaboration with all professional groups involved in the treatment process
- Economic thinking and acting
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), or midwife (m/f/d)
- Further training to become a ward manager or willingness to complete it
- You identify with the 10 steps of the Baby-Friendly Initiative
- Training as a lactation and breastfeeding consultant is desirable but not a basic requirement
- You are responsible and enjoy working independently in a multiprofessional team
- Flexibility, commitment, and patience are a matter of course for you
- You possess strong communication skills as well as excellent manners
