Your tasks
- Co-design and supervise the open meeting and contribute to a constant, safe meeting place for young people
- Together with young people, you develop and implement projects that address their interests and living environments (e.g. games, social media)
- You are the contact person for personal, social or school-related concerns and support young people individually
- Networking with organizations and specialist agencies
- Administrative tasks such as planning and documentation
- As part of outreach work, you are present in public spaces
Your profile
- Degree in sociocultural animation or community animation or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience an advantage
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Commitment and passion for working with young people
- Organizational flair and enthusiasm
- Resilient, team-oriented, communicative and innovative personality
