What you will do

• You help our national and international clients define their future corporate strategy
• You develop detailed digitization plans and action programs
• You accompany digital projects within an interdisciplinary project team from the concept phase through design to implementation in close collaboration with client teams and external partners
• You promote exchange between different stakeholder groups and ensure that requirements are well documented, understood, and implemented correctly and timely according to the concept

What you bring professionally

• You have an excellent master's degree, preferably in computer science, a scientific discipline, or business
• You have a strong affinity for digitization and software development
• You appreciate close contact and collaboration with clients
• You possess strong communication and presentation skills
• Ideally, you have had initial exposure to consulting or programming

What defines you

• You speak fluent German and English; French is a plus
• You are flexible, motivated, and eager to continuously learn
• You are a strong team player but also enjoy working independently
