Customer Service Representative - 80% - Geneva Cornavin

Your tasks

Reporting to the manager of your agency, you participate in the daily activity of the profit centre within a team of customer service agents:

  • Telephone and counter reception of business and leisure customers with a focus on high-quality service
  • Offering the best possible service according to the customer’s needs
  • Drafting rental contracts
  • Following up on customer files during and after the rental
  • Customer loyalty
  • Handling complaints
  • Auditing contracts and administrative reports
  • Administrative follow-up of the agency: daily activity reports, vehicle checks upon return, application of various procedures, etc.

Your profile

  • You have a professional qualification (commerce, tourism, hospitality, management or administration).
  • You combine this with experience in the service sector (such as retail, fast food or hospitality).
  • Fluent English, geographical mobility and a driving licence are essential.
  • The workload is between 50-70% and the job is paid hourly.
