We are looking for immediate or agreed support for our team:

Team Leader Service Technician Heat Pumps Eastern Region Your field of activity

• You lead and develop a small team of service technicians - both professionally and administratively
• You ensure that commissioning, repairs and troubleshooting of heat pumps are carried out professionally
• In complex cases, you roll up your sleeves yourself and find a solution
• You commission heat pumps, rectify faults and carry out maintenance work
• Our customers appreciate your prompt and competent advice
• You are part of our on-call organisation
• You report your working hours from your place of residence

Your backpack

• Completed technical basic training in building services engineering or a related field
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in advancing a small team
• You bring practical experience in troubleshooting, commissioning and repairing heat pumps
• You are friendly, solution-oriented and remain calm even in hectic moments
• Driving licence category B is mandatory
• Ideally, you live in the Eastern Switzerland region
