Your Main Tasks
- Preparation of tasty dishes in compliance with dietary requirements at all stations of the diet kitchen
- Management of service in the diet kitchen
- Assignments in the menu office, providing telephone information and entering special diet meals based on the nutrition counseling prescription
- Work in the menu office
- Working with kitchen software Sanalogic (product list and menu printing)
- Implementation of cleanliness, order, and hygiene throughout the kitchen area
- Active participation in team meetings
- Acceptance of patient service at the food conveyor belt
- Work at all stations in the entire USZ kitchen when the situation requires
Your Profile
- Training as a diet cook with a federal certificate of competence
- Professional experience
- Joy and interest in the profession
- Good manual dexterity and finger skills
- PC skills
- Independent work, reliability, and flexibility
- Teamwork, helpfulness, and enthusiasm for change
