About the job
The Battenberg Foundation offers people with a disability insurance pension adapted workplaces where they can apply their skills and experience and take on meaningful tasks – in a structured environment with individual support. As an employee with an adapted workplace, you can take responsibility in real work processes and assignments. You will be individually supported and promoted – whenever and wherever you need it. The onboarding and activities are flexibly tailored to your health situation and personal circumstances. A trial day is possible before employment – so you can get to know us and the workplace calmly. A prerequisite for a position with an adapted workplace is receiving a disability insurance pension or partial pension. People with and without adapted workplaces work together in the same team with us. We learn from each other, support each other, and meet on equal footing. If you are looking for variety and a lively, bilingual everyday life, you are in the right place with us. Tasks that suit you, a supportive team, and the chance to learn new things – that is what awaits you with us. Additional benefits: • Permanent employment contract • Careful onboarding • Individual support considering your health situation • Discounted meals – in the staff restaurant or delivered to the location • Discounts on internal services • Free use of the fitness room • At least five weeks of vacation • Participation in employee events • Great team and meaningful work.
