Your new tasks

• You are responsible for creating maintenance offers for extinguishing systems and convincing customers of our offers mainly by phone in the German-speaking Switzerland area
• Based on this, you provide our customers with comprehensive advice on maintenance topics
• You maintain the contract data in our company software
• Additionally, you are responsible for the correct and timely billing of maintenance services

Your talents and experience

• You have successfully completed a technical or commercial education, ideally supplemented by further training
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel
• You have experience in supporting new and existing customers as well as in selling service or maintenance contracts
• Your customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as your pronounced communication skills characterize your way of working
• Good German skills in spoken and written form. Other languages are an advantage
