The KIBAG Construction Services AG, Water and Special Civil Engineering in Urdorf is looking to strengthen the team, starting immediately or by arrangement, for an independent and reliable employee. In this role, you will support us on construction sites. You will be responsible as a machine operator for one of the largest drilling rigs in Switzerland. Varied tasks and a collegial working atmosphere await you. 

We operate throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Your daily work deployment begins at one of the following base locations: Bäch, Basel, Bassersdorf, Birr, Oftringen, Stansstad, Urdorf, Waldibrücke, Wilchingen, Winterthur. The work location below refers to the contractual place of employment.


Your main tasks include:

  • Operating a large drilling rig with different drilling systems (full displacement/SOB)
  • Active participation on the assigned construction sites
  • Monitoring and improving workflows and processes on the construction site

You bring the following qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in the main construction trade
  • Experience as a construction machine operator on large drilling rigs
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Performance-oriented, team-capable, and resilient personality
