This is the task
- In the field of building maintenance, you will take on an exciting and varied role and be responsible for the reliable operation of the entire heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology with the overarching building control technology.
- Support, optimization, and maintenance of cooling, building automation, and control technology in an industrial environment
- Planning, implementation, and collaboration in the commissioning of new and renovation projects in the field of building automation (software and hardware) and cooling technology
- Support and supervision of external service providers
What we wish for
- Completed basic training as an automation technician, electrical installer, or equivalent
- Further training as a technician HF or equivalent in the field of building automation
- Several years of experience in building automation technology and the associated infrastructure systems (HVAC/MSR)
- Organizational strength, flexibility, assertiveness
- Experience in project and task management
- Team spirit, goal-oriented, independent, and systematic working style
- Driving license category B
- Installation permit (NIV Art. 13) desirable
