As reinforcement, you support the laboratory and production in quality assurance of our Car Care products and ensure that they meet the high RIWAX standards.
What you will do with us:
- Quality controls (QC) of raw materials, production samples, and finished products using standardized analytical devices
- Close collaboration with production, purchasing, and filling department – interface for process questions and first point of contact for the PPS system
- Stability controls of products as well as research and development samples
- Handling of returns and complaints, including support in their clarification
- Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment (e.g., refractometer, Karl Fischer titrator, pH meters) as well as performing monthly wastewater analyses using a photometer
- Documentation and data entry in the ERP system Abacus, support with PPS tasks, as well as general laboratory work and laboratory organization
What you bring:
- Technical or scientific understanding, ideally with experience in laboratory, production, or quality environment
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Abacus) as well as good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
- Independent, reliable, and willing to learn working style
- Logical thinking ability as well as interest in practical laboratory and quality control work
- Teamwork skills, quick comprehension, and networked thinking
