Junior Property Manager Mandate Change (m/f/d)
Opfikon, 80-100%
This is what you do:
- You assist in recording master data related to residential and commercial properties
- Organizing the file takeover of property accesses is part of your tasks
- You handle the ESR dispatch after successful debt collection release
- You enjoy performing administrative and other centralized tasks
- You create and check simple off-office statements
- You communicate with previous administrations, owners, and internal departments
That’s why you succeed:
- You have a commercial basic education
- Property manager with a federal certificate is an advantage
- You bring at least two years of experience in the real estate industry
- A high service orientation is natural for you, and you are also a flexible and resilient team player
- Your strong affinity for numbers and IT, as well as your very good PC skills, enable you to work efficiently and goal-oriented
- You communicate fluently in German orally and in writing; knowledge of French is an advantage
- Your personality is solution-oriented and resilient, you think analytically and have a very precise working style
