Nursing Specialist HF 10-30%
Spitex Wartenfels is responsible for the municipalities of Lostorf and Stüsslingen Rohr with a total of over 5,000 inhabitants. A team of 15 part-time employees is responsible for nursing and household help.
To complement our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start:
Nursing Specialist HF (DNII/AKP) 10-30%
main working hours in the morning
Your main tasks
- Needs-oriented care and support at home
- Implementation of nursing and treatment measures
- Planning, documentation, and evaluation of the nursing process
- Recognizing changes in health status
- Consultation and guidance of relatives and clients
- Participation in team meetings if possible
What you bring
- Diploma as a nursing specialist or equivalent qualification
- Willingness for flexible assignments
- Independent, responsible, and efficient working style
- Own car, scooter, or e-bike
- Spitex and RAI experience is an advantage but not a must!
