We operate 7 bakery specialty stores with cafés in the Solothurn-Burgdorf region. To strengthen the sales management team, we are looking for a person with a lot of drive and enthusiasm as a branch manager in Koppigen. Our branch with specialty store and adjoining café is located directly on the busy Zurich-Bern road.

As Branch Manager Sales-Café, you can expect a variety of tasks:
- Serving guests in the café
- Advising and selling in the store
- Implementing inventory management
- Dishwashing and cleaning tasks
As a leader, you are additionally responsible for the following tasks:
- Organizing and planning work shifts
- Implementing the HACCP hygiene concept
- Leading the team
- Managing a branch according to concept and budget guidelines
- Representing your branch within the company
