Function Objective:
✓ Acquisition of mandates in the legal field
✓ Comprehensive legal advice for national and international mandates on all aspects of capital market law, in particular:
- Issuance of shares, bonds, and structured products
- M&A transactions in the capital market environment
- Regulation of the capital market
- Corporate governance
- Securitization and asset finance
✓ Drafting and negotiating complex contracts and legal opinions
✓ Supporting clients in complying with relevant national and international laws and regulations such as MiFID II, MAR, and others
✓ Communication with regulatory authorities
✓ Leading and coordinating legal aspects of capital market projects, including due diligence reviews and structuring complex transactions
✓ Representing mandates before courts and arbitration tribunals
✓ Contributing to the development of new products and services
✓ Actively participating in an international team
✓ Participating in industry events and conferences
✓ Actively using AI

Professional Competence
Education:
✓ Swiss attorney's license and top qualification
✓ Additional studies in business law or capital market law
Work Experience:
✓ 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm, auditing company, bank, or asset management
Languages:

✓ Fluent, level-appropriate German
