Contribute
- Individual and compassionate treatment and care of preterm and newborn infants and their parents in the Neonatology Department (IMC) according to the treatment concepts of the Neonatology Clinic
- Primary care of newborns in the maternity ward and in other areas outside the clinic
- Close cooperative partnership with the specialists of the Women's Clinic (Perinatology)
- Bringing in new ideas, techniques, and personal experience in the further development of the treatment concepts of the Neonatology Clinic
- Supervision of subordinate physicians
- Promotion of young colleagues according to their individual strengths, possibilities, and interests
