Your Impact
- Recruit for our Advisory business unit in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
- Collaborate with Advisory hiring managers and stakeholders in your area of responsibility on all recruitment matters.
- Plan and organize university marketing events and activities in the German-speaking part of Switzerland such as career fairs, presentations, workshops, in-house events, campus activities, etc.
- Manage relationships with PwC internal as well as external stakeholders, e.g. universities and universities of applied sciences, career service centers, student associations, etc.
Your Skill Set
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a recruiter and in event organization in the area of employer branding, ideally in the consulting or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience with an ATS (Workday, SAP Success Factors, etc.) and recruitment processes as well as policies in a corporate environment.
- A highly service-oriented, committed, and outgoing personality who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working independently, and collaborates effectively in a team.
