About the job
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the financial, personnel, and professional management of the Continuing Education department
- You plan, organize, and strategically develop the continuing education portfolio and ensure its quality and future viability
- As a member of the department management, you significantly shape the strategic development and positioning of the department
- You lead and promote the continuing education managers and lecturers, design processes, and recruit committed experts
- You maintain sustainable networks with business, professional committees, and institutions
Your Profile
- University degree (ideally with a doctorate)
- Higher education didactic qualification
- Knowledge of the Swiss higher education landscape
- Several years of practical and leadership experience
- Teaching experience at the tertiary level in continuing education
- Experience in planning, organizing, and conducting continuing education offerings
- Communicative, integrative, assertive, and entrepreneurial personality
- Networking in the Swiss economy and knowledge of its needs
- Connection to computer science or business informatics
