- The OESP performs the tasks assigned by the penal code to the execution authority and the probation authority. It prepares and makes administrative decisions related to the application of criminal sanctions pronounced against adult persons. It ensures the monitoring and control of the application of decisions from a risk management, prevention of new offenses, and social integration perspective.
- As part of your role, you participate in the implementation of criminal sanctions and probation measures pronounced against adult persons, in accordance with legal provisions. You ensure the execution of criminal judgments by analyzing and managing information related to convicted persons, from a monitoring, management, and risk prevention perspective. While coordinating interventions and the network of involved partners, you plan the execution of sanctions and ensure their follow-up. In this context, you conduct hearings and interviews and write reports, evaluations, and administrative or judicial decisions necessary for the proper handling of cases.
- Holder of a master's degree relevant to the role or a HES bachelor supplemented by training related to it, you have several years of experience in the criminal, socio-educational field, or related to managing difficult personalities. Your analytical, synthesis, negotiation, and mediation skills are recognized and accompanied by a great capacity for adaptation and stress resistance. Moreover, your interpersonal ease allows you to represent the authority clearly and professionally, even in sensitive contexts or with diverse interlocutors. Knowledge of foreign languages is an asset.
Prerequisites: residence in Switzerland; clean criminal record and debt enforcement register extract. You will be sworn in.
