Operational Allrounder 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Assisting with all maintenance and repair work in the areas of electrical, sanitary, and hygiene
• Managing and ordering electrical materials
• Supporting the assurance of operations and troubleshooting during business hours (Mon–Fri, one Saturday shift per month)
• Taking on building service tasks to ensure the sales readiness of the department store
• On-call duties in the security area (fire/water)

Your profile

• Craftsmanship skills, technical understanding, experience in building services or facility management is an advantage
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed personality
• Independent and motivated working style
• Enjoyment in contact with people and interest in a versatile range of tasks
• Neat appearance and good manners, confident in the German language
