Your Tasks
- Organization and assistance with examinations and treatments
- Patient admission, care, and administrative tasks
- Implementation of medically ordered diagnostic measures (e.g. blood draws, ECG)
- Maintenance and management of medical data and patient records
- Support in appointment scheduling and coordination of daily practice operations
- Ensuring smooth processes in the practice or clinic department
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) (MFA) or medical receptionist (m/f/d)
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanor when dealing with patients (m/f/d)
- Reliability, organizational talent, and teamwork skills
- Confident handling of medical devices and IT systems (e.g. practice software)
- Sense of responsibility and enjoyment of working in healthcare
