Manager Merchandising / Micro&Macro Space Planning

Tasks

• Professional leadership of up to 8 employees from the areas of Micro Space Planning (layout creation) and Macro Space Planning (store planning)
• Responsibility for the strategic and key figure-based planning and use of sales areas to continuously optimize product presentation, customer experience, and efficiency in the stores
• Participation in international harmonization measures as well as monitoring globally valid merchandising principles  
• Ensuring a complete and correct representation of assortments in the layouts
• Review and further development of store plans and coordination between the involved departments
• Development and initiation of various test setups as well as new store concepts
• Interface function between NBUY, NSO, NRE, and NSCM
• Responsibility for a successful project go-live in the area of Micro Space Planning 

Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, visual merchandising, store planning, or a related discipline
• Very good knowledge of the ALDI SUISSE assortment as well as sales processes
• Personality with leadership experience and a strong focus on process optimization
• Strong communication skills with target group-appropriate addressing as well as a pronounced service orientation in dealing with various internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced MS Office user skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong visual imagination and affinity for key figures
• High degree of reliability and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Good English skills, especially for accompanying and coordinating the DP4 go-live.
