From January 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for an intern / trainee 60-80% limited to one year (intern) or with the desire for part-time studies in the field of social pedagogy (trainee). Due to our current team constellation, we are deliberately looking for a female personality to strengthen the youth meeting team. The three communities Hausen am Albis, Kappel am Albis, and Rifferswil, which are idyllically nestled between Zurich and Zug, offer an attractive and youth-oriented leisure program. The Open Youth Work Oberamt has a long tradition in Hausen. Our youth center has become an important meeting place for many young people. Our core offering consists of the freshly renovated youth center, the creative studio where young people can express themselves artistically, and the lunch table, which offers delicious and healthy meals to the youth. A diverse and creative offer that provides young people with space for personal development is of fundamental importance to us.
Your area of responsibility:
- Management of the youth center including lunch table and work in open youth work
- Animation and support of the young visitors
- Establishment of a girls' group
- Building relationships and supporting young people Your profile:
- Experience in youth work or similar
- Interest in training in the field of social pedagogy
- Independence, resilience, teamwork, communication skills,
