Your main responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include the professional and personnel management of the Prevention department, in particular the
- Management and further development of traffic instruction and youth prevention
- Planning and implementation of traffic instruction and youth prevention at schools
- Collaboration with schools, authorities, organizations, and other partners
- Participation in projects
Your profile
- Police or pedagogical basic training
- Further training in prevention, pedagogy, or leadership is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in prevention work
- Leadership experience as well as strong social and communication skills
- Enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Confident appearance as well as high resilience and flexibility
