Hearty specialties in the small town of Lucerne

The inn Taube delights with grandmother's kitchen according to old original recipes and is equally popular with locals and visitors. It is located in the middle of Lucerne's old town and scores points besides the homemade Lucerne specialties with a small but fine bar, the historic Nadelwehr-Sääli for celebrations of all kinds, and the large terrace directly on the Reuss in summer.

Tasks to be done

You welcome our guests and, together with our station staff, ensure their well-being
You serve food and drinks and clear the tables
You prepare mise en place, set tables, and ensure a clean restaurant
You prepare the drink orders at the buffet: soft drinks, coffee, wine

What we expect from you

You have preferably already gained some experience in gastronomy
You speak German
You can communicate well in English
You are flexible regarding work assignments and are also available on weekends and evenings
