To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for our Service Center Schlieren for a competent and experienced person as HR Specialist 100%.
Your tasks
- Independent management of the complete personnel administration of the assigned car dealerships; entries and exits, creation of contracts, certificates, confirmations, etc.
- Responsible for payroll processing of the assigned companies; recording, mutation and processing of all payroll-relevant data
- First point of contact for line managers in all questions regarding personnel and payroll administration
- Contact with external partners such as licensing authorities, social insurance institutions and municipalities
Your profile
- Completed commercial training and further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
- Several years of experience in HR administration including payroll processing is mandatory
- Fluent German in spoken and written form; good foreign language skills in Italian are mandatory and French is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of social security and labor law
- Independent, resilient personality with a high level of commitment and precise, efficient working style
- Integrity, team-oriented person with absolute confidentiality and strong service orientation
