These are your tasks
- Care and support of people with dementia in the geriatric psychiatric setting within the framework of the corresponding competence level of the skill & grade mix
- Design and management of the care process in the key worker role with the patient, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
- Implementation of milieu- and care-therapeutic work
- Collaboration with relatives within the framework of family-centred care
- Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
- Co-design and implementation of change processes
What you bring with you
- Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics and/or in the geriatric field
- Solid experience and enjoyment in dealing with people with dementia
- High professional, social and personal competence and structured way of working
- Willingness to embrace new things and actively shape changes
- CAS in Gerontology or willingness to complete one
- Good German and MS skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
