For our location in Fehraltorf, we are looking for an engaged personality with a flair for production processes and environmental standards, starting immediately or by arrangement.
As a Production and Environmental Coordinator (m/f) at Record, you will take on a central interface function in our company. You ensure that our door production runs efficiently, resource-conservingly, and in accordance with environmental regulations. You will work closely with production management, quality assurance, and other internal partners – bringing both technical know-how and a sense of sustainability.
Whether it's production planning or environmental reports: you keep an overview, have a good eye for optimization potential, and tackle issues where necessary.
What you can achieve with us:
- You are the central interface between purchasing, logistics, production, and internal departments, ensuring a smooth flow of information and goods.
- You coordinate customer orders, monitor their processing, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely deliveries and reliable supply for production.
- You maintain and manage bills of materials, work plans, and production documents in our ERP system and work together with design and production on the implementation and tracking of optimizations.
- You analyze production processes, identify optimization potential, and design more efficient workflows – keeping both manufacturing costs and planning in mind.
- You create work instructions and ensure clear, understandable, and complete documentation of all production steps.
- You support certifications such as ISO 14001 by creating relevant documentation, reviewing processes, and accompanying internal and external environmental audits.
- You take responsibility for the further development of environmentally friendly production processes, manage waste, resource conservation, and the safe handling of hazardous materials.
What you bring:
- A completed technical or commercial education.
- Further training as a process specialist and/or technician HF business processes is an advantage.
- Experience in work preparation (AVOR) or production planning.
- Proficient use of ERP systems and MS Office.
- A communicative, team-oriented, and resilient personality.
