As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative staffing in coordination with the F&B management
- Ensuring the proper onboarding of new employees and the proper training of trainees working in this area / training record control
- Responsibility for duty and vacation planning of all employees, taking into account labor law and other legal regulations
- Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative canteen offering in accordance with the established standards
- Issuing and cashing the canteen offerings, performing cash reconciliation, inventory control, depositing cash
- Ensuring / monitoring the functionality of equipment, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Completed training as a cook, housekeeper, hotel specialist, or a comparable qualification in the food sector
- MS Office skills, basic knowledge of food law, and ideally experience in communal catering and HACCP concepts
- Experience in management, employee and personnel leadership
- Teamwork skills, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, initiative, as well as analytical and organizational skills
