Department:DSJSEntity:Adult and Youth Protection Service (SPAJ)Activities:As a project manager, you lead and implement cross-functional strategic projects related to digitalization, document management, and the development of data analysis tools within SPAJ. You design, plan, and conduct projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency and supporting the service's strategy in its various areas of expertise by implementing an agile project management methodology in collaboration with the Office of Organization (OORG). Additionally, you develop and optimize databases and management tools, contribute to the implementation of a modern and digital approach while ensuring their integration into internal processes. Finally, you provide methodological and technical support to the service managers and work closely with the cantonal IT service and external partners.Desired Profile:You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences in computer science, business administration, information systems, public management, or a field considered equivalent. You have a CAS in project management or public management (or are ready to obtain it quickly) and at least five years of proven experience in project management or cross-functional leadership, ideally in the public sector. You master data management tools (advanced Excel, databases, digital collaborative tools) and classical and agile project management methods.
