About the job
- You lead and coordinate a team of about 2–5 warehouse employees, both organizationally and professionally
- You ensure an optimal, smooth, and professional flow of goods
- You coordinate, control, and monitor warehouse processes and workflows and actively contribute optimization suggestions
- You reliably and efficiently process goods receipts and goods issues
- You perform bookings in the warehouse management system and check their accuracy
- You pack, inspect, and label goods and process co-packaging as well as VAS orders
- You monitor compliance with occupational safety and quality regulations and consistently adhere to them yourself
- You ensure cleanliness and order according to the 5S principle
- You take on general administrative tasks

We are looking for support for the operational management of a team at our location in Bülach immediately or by arrangement as Team Leader Warehouse 100% (m/f/d).
\n\n\nThis is important to us\n\nYou are not only a leader but also a role model:
- You have completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- You bring several years of experience in logistics, ideally in a dynamic environment
- You have a forklift license recognized by SUVA (mandatory)
- You have already led a team and know how to motivate and engage people
- You are an organizational talent with a strong sense of responsibility
- You are flexible, reliable, and committed
- You bring team spirit and have a healthy assertiveness
- You communicate confidently in German, English is an advantage
- You have good knowledge of MS Office and work confidently with digital tools
