Profile
The physician works autonomously and at an interdisciplinary level, promoting the skills required for the role of Head Physician.
Necessary requirements
- degree/diploma in medicine and specialization in Internal Medicine or an equivalent title. For doctors with foreign qualifications, recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO and registration with MedReg (https://www.medregom.admin.ch) is mandatory before starting work
- proven knowledge of the Italian language with registration at MedReg before starting work (required level B2), knowledge of other national languages and English is desirable
- proven clinical experience in Intensive Medicine (6 months) is desirable
- initiative, strong relational and communication skills
- organizational skills and willingness to collaborate interdisciplinary
- flexibility and a positive attitude, enjoyment of working in a team and collaborating across levels
- proficiency in IT tools
