• Professional, personnel and economic management of the Anesthesia Institute, the emergency service as well as overall responsibility for the OPS areas including nursing, medical and management staff
• Ensuring and further developing medical standards, guidelines and processes in the field of anesthesia while adhering to a Unité de doctrine
• Ensuring patient safety and high-quality care as well as independently performing anesthesiological activities including supervision of the medical team
• Leading the anesthesia or pre-admission consultation as well as taking over or delegating medical work in cross-departmental and cross-clinic projects
• Planning, budget responsibility and economic control of the institute including cost optimization and procurement of technical equipment
• Active participation in internal training, colloquia, quality measures and interdisciplinary reports

• FMH specialist title in anesthesiology or recognized equivalent qualification as well as several years of leadership experience preferably in a Swiss acute hospital, SGNOR emergency doctor title and specialist in intensive care medicine desired
• Transparent, comprehensible and appreciative leadership personality who takes responsibility and places the well-being of employees as well as patients at the center
• High customer and patient orientation, reliable communication and a courteous, solution-oriented demeanor
• Authentic, credible and loyal behavior that creates a stable trust relationship within the team and with all stakeholders

The Bülach Hospital, with its 170 beds and around 1,200 employees, ensures medical care for 180,000 people in the Zurich lowlands and the surrounding regions. Annually, we treat and care for around 10,000 inpatient and over 78,000 outpatient patients. In total, around 1,400 babies are born each year at the Bülach Hospital.
