- You guarantee quality customer service and manage daily activities in a hybrid work environment, on-site or remote
- You maintain regular exchanges with customers and internal contacts, by phone and in writing, and provide quality telephone advice
- Thanks to your excellent service sense, you analyze needs, respond professionally, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and customer experience
- As a member of Customer Service and the Galenica health network, you actively participate in the development of the team and the group
- You enjoy taking on challenges, assuming responsibilities, and investing yourself in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
- You handle administrative tasks such as orders, invoicing, and complaint management with precision and reliability
Your strengths
- With completed professional training in the pharmaceutical or health sector, you have solid knowledge of medicines. Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Comfortable with telephone exchanges, you demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, communicate easily, and keep calm even in demanding situations
- Committed and solution-oriented, you adopt a precise and efficient working method
- You master common MS Office tools and ideally have already gained initial experience with SAP
- You express yourself clearly and confidently in French and German
- You are willing to work flexible hours to ensure optimal customer care: Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 19:00 / Saturday from 08:30 to 13:30
