Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, Morges Hospital welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.
We are looking for the main reception of Morges Hospital a:
Receptionist (M/F) at 100%
Start date immediately or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE
- A CFC diploma as a hospitality specialist, commercial employee, or any other equivalent qualification
- Significant experience gained in serving a reception in direct contact with customers
- Perfect command of the French language (written and oral) and good knowledge of English
- Comfort with new technologies
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
- A professional attitude in line with the mission
- Reliability, ability to learn on the job, dynamism, and a sense of responsibility
- Good emotional control and excellent organizational skills
- A strong customer and solution orientation
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the physical and telephone reception and orientation of patients, visitors, and EHC employees
- Handle requests and ensure liaison with other services of the Institution to guarantee good information transmission
- Coordinate with internal medical offices for appointment scheduling
- Manage the administrative admission of the patient (admission, insurance coverage verification, etc.)
- Handle payments for hotel and hospital services outside LAMAL
- Manage the supply of receptions
