What you achieve
- Strategic direction: You develop and implement the HR strategy or HR roadmap and ensure that it measurably contributes to the company's success.
- Operational excellence: You plan, control, and monitor all personnel policy measures including processes – from workforce planning to recruitment, personnel development, and performance management.
- Talent & leadership development: You are responsible for the design, implementation, and further development of programs for leadership and employee development, including academy, skills management, and career paths.
- Project and change management: You design and lead HR projects, accompany change processes, and actively contribute to culture development.
- Employer branding: Together with marketing, you ensure the development and implementation of a targeted employer branding strategy.
- Sparring partner: You advise the CFO and the entire management team on strategic personnel and organizational decisions.
- Innovation: You drive the digitalization of HR processes, establish data-based decisions, and improve the employee experience.
- M&A support: You accompany possible M&A initiatives and subsequent PMI processes.
- Inspiration & leadership: You lead and develop a high-performing HR team, promote personal responsibility, collaboration, and innovative spirit.
What distinguishes you
- Education: You have a university degree as well as specific further training in HR.
- Experience: You have already worked in a comparable role in a service company (ideally IT) and bring valuable experience in concretizing and implementing initiatives as well as in building talent management (development plans, career paths, skills management) and an academy.
- Methodological competence: You are a professional in developing and implementing HR strategies and concepts that are both strategically thought out and operationally effective.
- Working style: You are characterized by personal responsibility, proactivity, and a structured way of working, and you appreciate the freedom to shape things.
- Personality: You bring high motivation and willingness for change, stand out through assertiveness and persuasiveness as well as performance orientation, and can drive projects forward with energy and enthusiasm.
