The Finance and IT Department provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, purchasing and its assets, as well as IT services.

Want to have a concrete impact on the performance of strategic energy activities? Join us as an experienced Management Controller to support the financial management of our thermal activities within Groupe E Celsius SA.

Responsibilities :

• Manage financial planning: develop and coordinate short, medium, and long-term projections, anticipate changes, and ensure the consistency of forecasts (costs, margins, results) to ensure the continuity and performance of the activities under mandate;
• Monitor and analyze performance: detect discrepancies between forecasts and results, analyze causes, produce reliable financial reports, and conduct ad hoc studies (profitability, costs, WACC, RCI, etc.) to support strategic decisions;
• Control and manage medium and long-term investment programs in line with the strategy.
• Advise and support management: assist the director and their direct team in performance analysis, implementation of corrective actions, and tactical and strategic decision-making; participate in management meetings and write summary reports for the Board of Directors;
• Train and facilitate dialogue: support budget managers in using management tools, establish a climate of trust, demonstrate diplomacy and critical thinking to foster adherence and effective management of the group companies.

Profile :

• Higher education in finance: Federal Diploma of Expert in Finance and Controlling and/or university degree (HEC or equivalent) or equivalent training;
• Confirmed experience of 5 to 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar finance/controlling role;
• Comprehensive financial expertise and mastery of budgets, investments, controlling, business cases, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and analytical concepts;
• Proficiency in ERP, D365 FO, SAP ISU, and Microsoft tools;
• You stand out for your rigor, speed, and precision, as well as your strong analytical and synthesis skills; endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to convince, listen, and remain effective even under pressure.
