About the job

Our customer centers are the first point of contact for our insured persons and ensure that KPT customers feel well cared for at every contact. Do you stand out through a high level of service and customer orientation, bring leadership experience, and have a strong can-do attitude?

• You lead a team of about 13 customer advisors and develop it personally, organizationally, and professionally.
• Achieving sales and customer retention targets is the core of your work.
• Through high service and consulting quality, you ensure the satisfaction of our customers and continuously develop customer care.
• You implement the planning, execution, and success control of sales and customer retention measures with great enthusiasm.
• You plan, organize, and conduct market development activities.

• a completed commercial basic education with further training as a sales specialist, sales manager, or in business administration
• several years of professional experience in the (health) insurance sector or in customer care
• solid experience in leading and promoting employees
• pronounced communication skills, entrepreneurial and initiative thinking and acting
• decision-making and assertiveness skills as well as a high customer orientation
