Medical Practice Assistant (80-100%) for Ambulatory Surgery 80 - 100%

Become part of our Ambulatory Surgery team!

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you from October 2025 or by arrangement as

• Assistance during the following consultations: Wound outpatient clinic, general and visceral surgery
• Ensuring an optimal process and professional organization of the surgical consultations
• Reception support at the outpatient clinic and recording, maintenance, and management of patient data in SAP and M-KIS
• Telephone and written appointment scheduling with patients and referrers
• Other administrative tasks

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant or health specialist, ideally with experience
• Efficient, precise, and customer-oriented working style
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, M-KIS advantageous)
• Strong communication and organizational skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
