Your area of responsibility

In the versatile and responsible role as Sous Chef, the following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:

Processing of high-quality products and development of unique dishes that delight both visually and in taste
Active participation in shaping the culinary line and menus in the Banks restaurant
Close cooperation with the head chef in menu development and creation of new food offerings
Leadership, motivation, and coaching of the kitchen team – ensuring the highest quality standards
Responsibility for an efficient, organized kitchen workflow
Monitoring the correct storage and handling of food according to hygiene standards
Compliance with HACCP and Les Trois Rois hygiene guidelines

Convince us with the following qualities

Several years of experience in a leadership position in upscale gastronomy or luxury hotel industry, ideally with experience in Euro-Asian cuisine
Completed training as a cook or comparable qualification
Passion for modern, international cuisine with Euro-Asian influence
Creativity, quality awareness, and a sense of sustainability
Leadership skills, team spirit, and excellent communication skills
High resilience and flexibility – even during intense service times
Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
