Sous Chef (m/f/d) | Banks

In the versatile and responsible role as Sous Chef, the following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:

• Processing of high-quality products and development of unique dishes that delight both visually and in taste
• Active participation in shaping the culinary line and menus in the Banks restaurant
• Close cooperation with the head chef in menu development and creation of new food offerings
• Leadership, motivation, and coaching of the kitchen team – ensuring the highest quality standards
• Responsibility for an efficient, organized kitchen workflow
• Monitoring the correct storage and handling of food according to hygiene standards
• Compliance with HACCP and Les Trois Rois hygiene guidelines

• Several years of experience in a leadership position in upscale gastronomy or luxury hotel industry, ideally with experience in Euro-Asian cuisine
• Completed training as a cook or comparable qualification
• Passion for modern, international cuisine with Euro-Asian influence
• Creativity, quality awareness, and a sense of sustainability
• Leadership skills, team spirit, and excellent communication skills
• High resilience and flexibility – even during intense service times
• Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
