What you will do here
- Teach students in the Master Acting for Screen & Digital Media program at HKB in the subject of Camera Acting (individual and group lessons, mentoring)
- Accompany and mentor artistic-practical teaching projects of students
- Actively participate in the further development and evaluation of the acting training together with the faculty and represent the department externally
- Participate in planning meetings and conferences of the department, conduct exams, and serve on selection committees
- Depending on expertise and need, collaborate on artistic and research projects of the study area and/or initiate such projects
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree in acting or a comparable discipline with very good methodological knowledge in the field of film acting
- Communicative, resilient, socially competent, and independent personality with proven artistic qualification as well as didactic experience at university level
- Profound experience as a coach in practical work with professional actors in film, television, and other media contexts
- Artistic openness to transdisciplinary projects as well as experience in the field of artistic research is an advantage
- German or English as a native language with very good language skills in the other language (level C1)
