To strengthen our outpatient clinic for substitution treatments in our center for addiction disorders (ZAE) at the Windisch location, we are looking for you as of now or by arrangement
Tasks
- Individual counseling and support of patients in coordination with the dual management
- Support of our patients within the framework of their treatment
- Co-leading recovery groups in close interprofessional collaboration
- Conveying a differentiated picture of empowerment concepts and their practical implementation in life
- Participation in trialogical work in different contexts (e.g. in working groups, teaching activities, public relations, etc.)
Profile
- You have the certificate "Recovery Companion EX-IN" and already bring experience in peer work
- You have personal psychiatric experience in the context of addiction
- You have empathy and the ability to actively shape relationships
- Team ability, communication skills, conflict resolution skills, flexibility
- You appreciate close interprofessional collaboration
- Introspection ability, awareness of your own limits, and self-care are important to you
