It mainly offers young people with an IV pension (full or partial pension), with a performance limitation due to psychological or psychosocial reasons, attractive and creative work opportunities in various areas and industries. Furthermore, there is the possibility of preparatory measures, professional clarification, and individual training. The remuneration for the work and the financing of the training are based on the IV guidelines.
