Investment Specialist 100% (m/f/d) You can expect the following tasks & responsibilities

Support in implementing the investment strategy for the capital managed at the risk and account of the insurance company
Participation in the strategic management of balance sheet investments
Leading or co-responsibility for projects in the area of investments to further develop the department
Responsibility for preparing relevant information bases - e.g. in the context of Solv. II reporting
Co-responsible for meeting regulatory requirements
Support in ALM topics and their further development
Preparation of decision-making bases for the CIO and the investment committee
Participation and taking responsibility in investment monitoring and ongoing reporting
Support in answering inquiries, especially regarding regulatory and audit-related topics

Topics
You bring with you

University or college degree in finance, economics, business informatics, or business administration
Interest in capital markets and a good understanding of asset classes and products
Experience in investment management or in a comparable function - ideally in the insurance environment
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (Switzerland and/or Europe)
Flair in planning and organization combined with entrepreneurial and conceptual thinking
Motivation to work in a dynamic environment
Hands-on mentality with a joy in questioning the status quo and actively shaping it
High sense of responsibility, quality standards, and commitment
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel - additional ICT skills (VBA, Python) are a plus
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
