Culinary guests can expect a modern interpretation of alpine cuisine – seasonal, regional, and imaginative. The "Atelier Hess" combines alpine history with contemporary hospitality at 1800 meters.

We are looking for a:
Host "Atelier Hess" 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Leading and planning the day and evening business
- Working at the front, guest care, coordination of employees
- Scheduling shifts, time tracking
- Planning and execution of events and banquets
- Introduction of new employees / temporary staff
- Control of cleanliness and order (Prolek)
- Daily accounting, cash exchange, and inventory management
Your profile
- Great interest in culinary arts and wine. Training as a sommelier and/or a completed WSET qualification (Level 3) is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, possibly with leadership responsibilities
- German and English skills are required, additional languages are an advantage
- Independent working style, flexibility, and resilience
- Enjoyment in dealing with guests from all over the world
- Service mindset and a friendly, well-groomed appearance
- Resilience and sense of responsibility
- Extensive knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
